You can choose between Ilulissat Airport (JAV), Ilulissat town centre or an agreed address within town (delivery 200 kr). Select the location in the booking flow — we will meet you there.
How far in advance should I book?
In high season (June–August) we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. Outside the season we can usually say yes at short notice — even same day.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up. Later cancellations are charged one day's rental.
What are the requirements to rent?
You must be at least 25 years old and have held a driving licence for at least 3 years. Bring a valid driving licence and photo ID at pick-up.
Price, fuel & insurance
Is insurance included in the price?
No — damage excess coverage can be purchased separately for 25 kr/day for Type A, 50 kr/day for Type B and C, or 100 kr/day for the UTV, and reduces your excess to 2.500 DKK. Read more on the insurance page.
Do I need to return the car with a full tank?
Yes — the car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at pick-up. Missing refuelling costs the fuel price + a 200 kr service fee.
Is there a mileage limit?
No, all our cars include unlimited kilometres within Ilulissat town.
What does it cost if I return the car late?
The first 24 hours cost 250 kr/hour, thereafter 1.500 kr/day. You can arrange late drop-off in advance for a fixed add-on of 200 kr.

Are the cars ready for winter?
Yes — all our cars run on winter tyres, and a snow scraper/brush comes as standard in the boot.
Can I drive outside town / on gravel roads?
Yes, within the normal road network of Ilulissat town — including gravel roads. Off-road driving (outside marked roads) is not permitted for any of our vehicles, including the UTV.
What do I do if the car breaks down?
Call us on +299 94 60 23. We have local roadside assistance 24/7 and can help with jump-starts, tyre changes and recovery within Ilulissat and the surrounding area.
Payment & invoicing
Which payment methods can I use?
Card (Visa/Mastercard), MobilePay or bank transfer/invoice. Business invoices are subject to a 50 kr invoicing fee.
